OK, well I understand this blog is inherently about us, but apparently I am the only author here, so I write whatever I want. The I’s have it as they say.
Monday is Hockey night in Irvine for me. I like to play for several reasons. It gets me moving. It’s basically the only exercise I get. The game itself is great. Lots of teamwork and fast paced action keep it exciting by itself. It is a lot of fun playing with my brother buddies from way back and buddies from playing. And it is always especially nice to have my parents show up to cheer us on and yell at the refs too. This day we almost won, except we gave up a lot of goals and did not score enough. Good thing it’s just for fun and not so much about winning. Although everyone knows it’s more fun when you win.
